Football and Leather

I have to admit fall is my favorite season. As much as I love the beach and the long days of summer, there is nothing that excites me more than throwing on a cozy sweater or a leather jacket for the first time. I especially enjoy September when the days are warm enough to still wear light clothing, and then just when the sun goes down, I can layer on my jacket. That is how the weather was this weekend when I decided to wear this sporty tee shirt and my Veda leather jacket. I paired the tee with my distressed jeans for a casual daytime look and tossed on my leather jacket when the day cooled off. The other thing I love about fall, which made this outfit perfect, is football season! As today is the official start of football I thought this jersey-like shirt was a perfect pick. I'll be honest with you, I'm a Patriots fan and when watching them play I usually have my Patriots gear on (yes I'm that girl) but I thought this was a great sporty alternative.

I especially love the blush color of this leather jacket. It is a great alternative to black and goes with everything. I got it last year and wore it to death. I'm sure it will be a staple in my closet again this season.
