Denim Skirt and Ruffle Strapless Top

A little more shoulder action happening today! 

 Usually I'm not a huge strapless fan when it comes to tops, but there is something about this top that feels a little more off-the-shoulder than tube top.  I'm not sure if it's the cut-out details, but it has a feminine feel that I just love.  This top is a new arrival at the Ceci Palm Beach Pop Up Shop, and the second I saw it, I knew it had to be mine.  (For those of you not familiar with Ceci Palm Beach Pop Up Shop, you can read about it here).  The best part is this top is only $38!  I paired it with my knee length denim skirt, which I last wore here in Florida.  If you remember, I was going to add some DIY distressing to the skirt, but still haven't decided if I should actually rip it up or not.  What do you think? 

I chose to finish this outfit with heels and my everyday gold jewelry for a perfect date night look, but  I can also see myself wearing it in the day with a pair of lace up flats.
