Summer Round Up

Now that Labor Day has passed, and fashion month kicked off with NYFW starting yesterday, fall is officially here in the fashion world.  If you asked me two weeks ago, I was no where near ready to give up my sundresses and tank tops, but now I can't wait.  Bring on the booties, cozy knits, and leather jackets!  To say farewell  to summer, I've rounded up some of my favorite looks from this past season.  What were your favorite?

PS. How great is it with all the social media and webcasts today, you can see a lot of the shows live, and get a feel of the NYFW action?  Although it's a dream of mine to attend NYFW,  it is nice to be able to watch a show streaming live while wearing my pajamas.

PPS. Is anyone as obsessed with Marissa Web's Spring 2016 collection as much as I am?

Does everyone have fun weekend plans?  Mike and I are headed to Newport, RI for the weekend....without the twins!  It will be our first full weekend kid free, and our first night away from the boys in almost a year.  Although I will miss the boys dearly, I'm not going to lie when I say I am pretty excited.  Let's hope I don't go too crazy this weekend, ha!

    My favourite is still that gorgeous maxi dress! Enjoy your weekend. I'm doing a weekend of continuing professional development tomorrow and Sunday so no weekend easing up for me sadly. Still, it's all learning so worth it!

    Loving your rompers and your belted dresses - so pretty! Here in Florida though, I only get to bring out cozy sweaters and boots a few times when we have a few cold spells in the winter so I'll be wearing sundresses and tanks for a while. But I am excited about my trip to CT in November where I can break out some cozier items :)
