Mad For Plaid in the Perfect Fall Coat

Happy Monday my friends.  Normally I don't get along well with Monday mornings, but today I am in a good mood for two reasons.  The first being that the sun has decided to show it's face again here in Boston.  It  has been raining for the past 7 days, which can be a little depressing, to say the least.  The second reason is that I get to share my new love with you today, which is this plaid coat.  Is it not the most perfect fall piece?  Not only am I obsessed with the plaid print, but I love the drape of the coat and fringe detailing.  My coat is from Tart Collections, which is a brand that I have been a fan of for several years now.  Based out of California, the brand is known for it's laid back chic vibe, and great quality.  I love Tart's selection of sexy-cool tops, silk jersey dresses, and sportswear essentials, and I highly suggest that you check out this fall's collection!  Not only am I obsessed with my plaid coat, which also comes in taupe, but this jacket, and these pants are on the top of my wish list.  And for my pregnant readers, they also have maternity!

I styled my plaid coat with a silk tank, high rise jeans, and over the knee boots (the best Stuart Weitzman dupes) for an everyday fall look, but have no doubt that I'll be wearing it with everything this fall.  It will look great over dresses, belted with skirts, or add a little bit of edge by pairing it with leather pants.
