It's not easy finding great wardrobe basics, especially when it comes to tee shirts and tank tops. You would think that they would be simple to find, but most tops that I came across are either too thin, too boxy, a poor quality or too expensive. Over the years, I have found a couple of brands that have become my go-to for basics, but if I'm being honest, they are on the pricier side. The last thing I need to worry about is my 3 year old getting dirt on my tee shirt at the playground! That's why I'm happy to have recently discovered Daily Ritual, a line of affordable basics by Amazon. They have a great selections of tanks, tees, dresses and leggings, which also include plus size and maternity, all at affordable price points. I snagged a few pieces from the brand, and couldn't be happier with the quality, price and fit. This t-shirt dress is one I'll be living in this summer, and love how it hits my body. It not too form fitting, yet it's not loose, so it still gives me shape. It's perfect to throw on during a hot day, and even run around with the kids. Did I mention its only $18 and comes in 5 colors? I paired it with the cutest stripe pullover, also from the brand, and a pair of gladiator flats. Why are good basics always so hard to find?! I have been searching for a few years now for a basic black duster vest in a lightweight knit. Can’t find one. Anywhere. So frustrating! I do love a good tee shirt dress and those are hard to find, too, in the right fabric, etc. I adore this look on you. And I really love it layered with that cute striped sweatshirt on top. Definitely keeping that styling idea in mind! Thanks for sharing.
